Congratulations to Emily & Georgina!

We have some great news to share just before the Christmas break. Two of our coaches, Emily Potter and Georgina Wheeldon are now fully level 2 qualified!
A huge amount of hard work goes into achieving these qualifications and is a great benefit and bonus to our club and our skaters.
As part of the qualification, they are now available to take one-to-one lessons with NSSA skaters, providing a great opportunity for more coaching for our skaters. This will take place on public ice only for the first 6 months, and on any scheduled practice ice sessions from then onwards.
Anyone interested in lessons can contact Emily and Georgina directly at the rink or via the email addresses below for further information.
A huge congratulations from all at the club!

Saga Krantz Skate Camp

On the weekend of July 21st, our junior team (the Icicles) had the amazing
opportuntity to work with Saga Krantz, head coach to the Haydenettes.
She gave time away from her already busy schedule (not to mention looking after 18 month old twin boys!!) to help the squad develop this season's exciting programmes.
It was very long hours on the ice, with some very sore feet at the end of the camp, despite that there were some very happy faces all round at the end. The girls love both long and short routines  and cannot wait to showcase them this season!
#something different is all we will say for now.....
